Prior to Addin Social, Mike managed an international marketing team at Adobe, responsible for marketing the Flash Platform to developers. In that role he helped launch multiple social media channels for the Flash platform.

Mike has an MBA from Ottawa University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.

Previous entrepreneurial endeavors include InTheHack - a curling focused website that he grew to over 800,000 unique visitors per year.

Prior to Addin Social, Andrew co-founded Manpacks, a subscription service for men's essentials, establishing the brand identity, building out the software backend and aiding in securing an initial seed round of investment.

He also co-founded Rimrocked, a location-based platform that connected satellite GPS devices to the web and Boxseat Suite Management, a niche inventory management company for premium seating in sport venues.

He has also been the sole-founder of Hashbrown Interactive Inc since 2001, a web design and development company.

Prior to joining AddIn Social, Marc was the lead developer of a web-based emergency notification system used to notify students, staff and web visitors of an emergency on campus in real-time at the University of Ottawa.

Marc co-founded the Ottawa Android Developer Group and continues to manage and present at its monthly meetings.

Marc contributes the majority of his personal projects to open source, the most notable being Papyrus, an Android application created as his final year project at the University of Ottawa.
